Advanced Door Works installed a new garage door for us 5 years ago and we were happy with the service then, so when our garage opener went on the fritz we called them again. They gave us an appointment for the very next morning. The technician, Ned, was on time, polite and professional, and fixed the problem for a very reasonable service charge. We will need to replace the opener eventually (it's 20 years old so that's expected) but this repair puts that off for a bit. Ned also advised us on good brands to choose when that time comes. We will definitely choose this company when we replace the opener.

I left a message on Sunday regarding my broken garage door. Even though they were closed, I got a call back to make sure that all was well and that my need could wait until they were open the next day. We made an appointment for Monday. Ned came promptly on Monday and fixed the door with no problem. Great service, would definitely use again!

Our garage door opener was 20+ years old and was having issues. Advance Door Works came same day we called and provided several options from inexpensive to replacing the garage door opener. We elected to replace, and very happy with the installation. New garage door openers are much quieter and we like the new features.

The company was great to work with as they were prompt courteous and professional. Ben came out and replaced a set of broken springs and it took only about an hour to remove the broken pieces and replace them with now ones. I really appreciate the extra time he took to check everything out once he was done. No rush, just professional service and he also provided a couple of tips to help extend the life of the door. Really great guy and a really great company. Will continue to use them.

I needed to have some work done on two different garage doors, one at my personal residence, and one at a rental property. Ned came out and got both doors fixed for me quickly. He has 30+ years of experience with garage door, so he knows a thing or two. He was up-front and honest about what needed to be done with each and what it would cost. We elected to repair parts at one of the properties, and to install a brand-new opener on the other. I love this company! Would highly recommend. Ben came out yesterday to look at our broken opener. He quickly determined it was the circuit board. He gave me several options to repair or replace. He was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. He also installed a new keypad, programmed 2 new remotes, and even helped me program my in-car garage door opener. I also have to give a shout-out to the woman who answers the phone. She is awesome too! In the past, she has saved me a service call by troubleshooting with me over the phone. We needed emergency work done on our garage door on a Saturday. Advanced Door Works was open and available to come out that morning. We had a 2-hour window and Ben Chesney showed up to fix the door five minutes BEFORE the window began. He installed new spring, lubed door, tightened bolts, plus lubed our other garage door. He was done in 20 minutes. We've definitely found a garage door company we'll call in the future!

This is the 2nd time I've used them, this time because my old door opener was on its last breath, years past warranty. They scheduled me for the day after I called and Ned was right on time. His expertise is unmatched and he worked quickly. As important, he is a great teacher so I feel pretty competent about using the amazing new opener that I desperately needed. Called and made a same day appointment to fix a broken spring. Ben came out on time, fixed the spring and explained what he did so that I knew what I was paying for. Checked the rest of the door while he was out as well and oiled it to make sure it was running nice and smooth.

This is the place to go for garage door repairs in Highlands Ranch. My garage door spring broke and Ned was at the house within an hour. He had it fixed within a half hour - no fuss and no bother. I will be using them again when the motor finally gives out.

We had our garage door repaired yesterday and could not be happier. I spoke with Kathy after lunch and she had us scheduled for the afternoon. Ned came out and knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed in an hour. He was so professional and personable.

Excellent company and even better customer support. Woke up to a broken torsion spring and they gave me an accurate estimate over the phone and Ned came out to install new springs. My window was 12:30 -2:30 which typically means a tech will show up around 3. However, Ned was here right at 12:30. Very impressed with their quality of work and rates. Will use them again for sure.

Spring broke on garage during the night. Called and left VM. Kathy, who is very friendly, called me back first thing in the morning at 7:30am.
