Who We Are

We are a locally owned and operated company. We have worked with all residential garage doors types. We have worked on nearly every make and model available over the last 30-40 years.

We take pride in the fact that we are not like many of our competitors. You won’t see 25 versions of the same web site in 10 different states or perhaps nationwide “pretending” to be locals. What you will find with us is that we are family-oriented, we have lived here most of our lives, and we truly get to know our customers.

Our Mission

Our promise is that there are no gimmicks, no bait and switch – only fair pricing, very high value, and extraordinary customer service. It’s the only way to remain family-owned and family-operated for over 25 years. We are very willing to live and die on the reputation we have from our customers – check out our reviews on Google.

We treat our customers like they are our neighbors because often times they are.

You won’t get that from the guys playing the “we’re trying to pretend we’re local” game that is portrayed on their website. We won’t send someone to your house to repair or install who hasn’t been to my house for a Sunday barbecue and isn’t someone I trust. I have known all of my employees for over 20 years.

People do business with people that they know, trust, and like. We hope that describes us.

Advanced Door Works installed a new garage door for us 5 years ago and we were happy with the service then, so when our garage opener went on the fritz we called them again. They gave us an appointment for the very next morning. The technician, Ned, was on time, polite and professional, and fixed the problem for a very reasonable service charge. We will need to replace the opener eventually (it's 20 years old so that's expected) but this repair puts that off for a bit. Ned also advised us on good brands to choose when that time comes. We will definitely choose this company when we replace the opener.

Ben came out and replaced a set of broken springs and it took only about an hour to remove the broken pieces and replace them with now ones. As far as our office goes, we recycle all paper, print out nearly nothing, and use energy-efficient light bulbs whenever possible. This is our commitment to you, your family, and ours.
