Everything worked out perfectly as called them yesterday afternoon and had Zac here by mid-morning today. Let me know he was coming, showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, very professional, answered all questions. Another great experience with Advanced Door.

I left a message on Sunday regarding my broken garage door. Even though they were closed, I got a call back to make sure that all was well and that my need could wait until they were open the next day. We made an appointment for Monday. The technician came promptly on Monday and fixed the door with no problem. Great service, would definitely use again!

Our garage door opener was 20+ years old and was having issues. Advance Door Works came same day we called and provided several options from inexpensive to replacing the garage door opener. We elected to replace, and very happy with the installation. New garage door openers are much quieter and we like the new features.

The company was great to work with as they were prompt courteous and professional. Ben came out and replaced a set of broken springs and it took only about an hour to remove the broken pieces and replace them with now ones. I really appreciate the extra time he took to check everything out once he was done. No rush, just professional service and he also provided a couple of tips to help extend the life of the door. Really great guy and a really great company. Will continue to use them.

Advanced Door Works installed a new garage door for us 5 years ago and we were happy with the service then, so when our garage opener went on the fritz we called them again. They gave us an appointment for the very next morning. The technician was on time, polite and professional, and fixed the problem for a very reasonable service charge. We will need to replace the opener eventually (it's 20 years old so that's expected) but this repair puts that off for a bit. Ned also advised us on good brands to choose when that time comes. We will definitely choose this company when we replace the opener.
